Lake Forest of Kelliwood is an excusive gated community which was developed by Kickerillo beginning in 1997.

The Lake Forest HOA consists of two communities which have separate entrances, Lake Forest and Lakes of Buckingham.

Both of these communities have 24 hour secured gate service.

The Lakes of Buckingham community is completely developed with 183 homes and the community of Lake Forest will be completely developed soon with a total of 73 estate homes.
